Not just another day. No Sushi Tonight! As you can see, my amazing wife made pork-chops topped with stuffing, along with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. You can’t forget the gravy. A pack of dry Lawry’s gravy costs ￥210 at your nearest import grocery store here in Japan. Not a ton, but a far cry from the 2 for $1 back in the States. We probably won’t eat another meal like this for at least 3 months. Good stuff!
